Hi Steven,
Just came across your website--excellent information! To add to the discussion of online job boards, it would be interesting to see a ranking of those that cater to bilingual candidates. As a third-party recruiter here, I've found CareerCross www.careercross.com to be the most useful and highest quality site for bilingual talent followed by DaiJob www.daijob.com and ECentral www.ecentral.jp . The market for bilinguals here is much smaller, but these sites should be recognized for the role they play in this important niche.
