Here are a couple of photos from dinner at Kai in the City last week during Webstock. What a blast. I had so much fun sitting and talking with some really interesting and INCREDIBLY intelligent people: Kelly Goto, Donna Maurer, Heather Hesketh, Steve Champeon, and Doug Bowman. Fingers crossed they have all enjoyed their stay in New Zealand, I hope none of them watched the rugby on Saturday (who's idea was it to go ahead with the game?). Anyway, with so much influence I am under a bit of pressure now to come up with some new and wonderful experiences for all my candidates, clients, blog readers and I guess my wife and kids as well. Wish me luck!

Me and new Google Visual Design Lead, Doug Bowman. Meeting Doug was a treat because he is involved in building Google Calendar, a product I am starting to use a lot and also (I think more so in his new role rather than previously) Gmail, a product I can testify to helping save my sanity. If Doug's own site is anything to go by, Google's new applications should look even better. I hope they go for the "liquid bleach" look.
